Dark Chocolate Banana Pop with Toasted Coconut & Crushed Pistachios

Melt chocolate according to package directions, stir into yogurt. Toast unsweetened coconut flakes in a dry pan. Crush pistachios in a zip top bag. Coat banana into the chocolate yogurt mixture, then add toppings!

2 tbsp. coconut flakes, unsweetened
