Berry-Nana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

½  medium banana, frozen

½ cup mixed berries, frozen

1 cup skim milk

½ cup nonfat greek yogurt

2 tsp agave

(provides 2 full fruit servings and 1 ½ cup equivalent servings of dairy)

 

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
